Attendee Cancellation Policy

**APPLIES TO PHYSICAL EVENTS ONLY**

If, for any reason, circumstances change, and Attendee can no longer take part in The Event, Attendee registration may be canceled by providing written notice to The Event Executive Director or main point of contact. Our attendee cancellation policy is as follows:

Notice of cancellation may be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) up to 24 hours prior to The Event.

If notification of cancellation is not provided at least 24 hours prior to The Event, Attendee authorizes Event Organizer to invoice Attendee/Attendee Organization in the amount of $495 for regional Healthcare Executive Forums or $895 for the National Healthcare Executive Forum. As a “no show” or late cancellation, Attendee/Attendee Organization agrees to pay this amount in full, which covers the costs associated with customized materials, food and beverage, and facilities. All payments are non-refundable.

Please remember that canceling registration does not automatically cancel accommodation and travel arrangements. Attendee is responsible for canceling his/her/their own hotel and travel reservations.

Force Majeure

After the cancellation cutoff date, any payments made are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use event registration due to illness or due to any event beyond the reasonable control of Event Organizer, such as an act of God, natural disaster, travel-related complications or an act of terrorism.

Substitution and Badge Policy

Sharing of Attendee passes is not permitted at any time. Badges are issued to, can be picked up and used only by the Attendee named in the registration. Photo ID will be required for each Attendee when collecting a badge onsite. Badges must be worn at all times during The Event.

An event badge allows Attendee entry to the overall event, but cannot guarantee admission to every session, lounge, or meeting area. Admission is subject to venue capacity and additional requirements. For example, certain sessions may restrict vendor attendance.
